What we collect: when you place an order, we collect your city, phone number, TikTok username, delivery address, and any note you add. This is only used to process and deliver your order.

How it's used: your order details are sent to us by email so we can prepare and deliver your order, and contact you (by phone or the TikTok/WhatsApp you provide) if we need to confirm anything about it. We do not sell or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes.

Cart data: the items in your cart are saved in your browser only (not on our servers) so your cart isn't lost if you close the tab. This data never leaves your device unless you complete an order.

Security check: we use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm you're a real visitor and not a bot before you can browse the site. This does not track you or collect personal data beyond confirming you're human.

Contact: if you have any questions about your data or an order, message us on TikTok or WhatsApp.

Reporting an issue: we only accept returns or refunds if an item is incorrect or damaged. Once you accept the delivery, we're unable to offer a return or refund for any other reason.

Check before the driver leaves: please check your item in front of the delivery driver. If something is missing or incorrect, tell the driver right away and message us — we'll sort it out. Once the driver has left and the order is accepted, we can no longer fix damage that's reported afterward.

Preorder items: "Preorder" just means that item is still being shipped to us and will take longer to arrive — it doesn't change the return policy. The same rules above apply once it's delivered to you.

Change of mind: we don't accept returns for change of mind — please double check your order (size, color, city) before confirming.

How do I pay? Cash on Delivery — you pay the driver when your order arrives at your door.

How long does delivery take? It depends on your city and current order volume. Message us on TikTok or WhatsApp for an estimate for your area.

Do you deliver everywhere in Iraq? Yes — we deliver across the Kurdistan Region and the rest of Iraq. Delivery fee depends on your city.

What does "Preorder" mean? Preorder items (like skateboards and roller skates) are still being shipped to us and can take 1–2 months to arrive before they ship out to you.

Can I cancel or change my order? Message us on TikTok or WhatsApp as soon as possible — if the order hasn't been prepared yet, we can usually change or cancel it.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong? Check your item in front of the delivery driver before accepting it. See our Return Policy for the full details.
